Carbon Fiber 6K Tow Overview
6K carbon fiber tow (6,000 monofilaments per tow) is a medium-count grade between 3K and 12K, providing thicker reinforcement and better drapability for medium-to-heavy structural parts. 6K is widely used in prepreg tapes, woven fabrics for marine and wind applications, and pultruded profiles.
